Shipping Policy

Nationwide Delivery in Ghana

We deliver nationwide across Ghana. All orders are processed after confirmation and delivery may take up to one (1) week from the date your order is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

International Delivery

We currently do not offer overseas or international delivery.

If you are outside Ghana and would like to purchase a product, you may arrange for someone in Ghana to buy it on your behalf and send it to you. You may also place an order on our website using a Ghana-based delivery address, after which the recipient can forward the package to you.

Discreet Packaging

Yes, all orders are packaged discreetly to protect your privacy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may vary depending on your delivery location and will be communicated during checkout or before dispatch.

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after they have been confirmed. Please ensure that all details provided, including your name, phone number, and delivery address, are correct to avoid delays.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If a delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, wrong phone number, or the customer being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.


Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, especially personal care, wellness, and intimate care items, all sales are generally final for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • you received the wrong item

  • you received a damaged item

  • your order was not delivered due to an error on our side

  • a product became unavailable after payment was made

To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear proof, such as photos or videos, where necessary.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • opened products

  • used products

  • products damaged after delivery

  • orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference after use

Refund Process

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the order, where possible. Refund processing may take 3–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.


Exchanges

Exchanges may only be accepted if:

  • the wrong item was delivered, or

  • the item arrived damaged

To qualify for an exchange:

  • the item must be unused

  • the item must be in its original packaging

  • you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • proof of purchase must be provided


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been confirmed and prepared for delivery, it may no longer be cancelled.
